Every participant gets their own QR (or barcode). That code ties their portrait to their private gallery — no mix-ups.

Each person scans to register for their gallery. Fast check-in keeps the line moving on a busy event day.

Shoot & proof
On the day we work through the list efficiently. Prefer a tethered preview when it fits the job so people leave knowing they got a strong frame.
