Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee provides the client with the reassurance that we are going to do
everything in our power to make sure the client has the best client experience with us. If for any
reason the CLIENT is not satisfied with the photos, Grey Bug Photography will provide you
with a reshoot session at no cost.

CLIENT satisfaction must be identified within 7 days of receiving proofs. After 7 days photos
will be released, and the contract will be considered fulfilled. The requested reshoot must be
scheduled and completed within 21 days of the original shoot. Reshoot times for scheduling
are limited. Grey Bug Photography will provide the client with 2 dates and times on notification
of the CLIENT’S request for a reshoot. CLIENT will be provided a reshoot form.

In Studio

CLIENT may choose photos after their shoot in the studio. Grey Bug Photography considers
the selection of those photos as satisfaction. Additional satisfaction is considered post-editing.
Grey Bug Photography will make adjustments to editing according to the CLIENT’s requests.
